Your main duties will include but not limited to the following:

Main Duties

• Interview prospective clients to understand their financial status and to discuss finance options and to develop strategies to meet the requirements and objectives of the client.
• Identifying a range of credit providers & products that may approve a loan for a specific situation.
• Assisting in the selection of the most suitable lender, product or loan structure that suits client’s objectives.
• Conduct post‑approval file reviews to confirm accuracy and maintain 100% compliance.
• Analyze financial statements, ascertain financial status and intentions of the client.
• Providing information and advice about credit products and associated finance transactions.
• Perform serviceability calculations and prepare preliminary credit proposals, and loan applications with Best Interest Duly commentary, providing tailored recommendations on lenders and products that suit the requirements of the clients.
• Providing information and advice about credit products and associated finance transactions.
• Preparing documents which set out the conditions of finance, repayments and loan periods
• Updating clients on the progress of their application and their credit approval, and constant follow-up with credit providers to ensure that settlement of clients’ loans occurs without unnecessary delay.
• Liaise effectively with BDMs, assessors, settlement teams, valuers, and conveyancers to ensure seamless loan approvals and timely settlements.
• Assist with post‑settlement client requests, providing ongoing support and identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to foster long‑term client retention and growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust, confidence, and long‑term relationships that help clients secure and grow their financial wealth.
• The applicant must demonstrate the ability to generate new lending opportunities through self-driven initiatives and participation in marketing activities, including building referral networks and developing new client relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have to:

• Sales, broking, or customer service experience
• Prior Business Banking experience is beneficial
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to be able to multitask

Qualification

• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or accounting would be an added advantage
• MFAA/FBAA Membership

Experience

• Minimum 02 years of experience in a Similar Position
