Finance & Backoffice Manager/in (m/w/d) (Full-time) (Remote)

As Finance & Backoffice Manager, you are the organizational backbone of our company. You ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and our team can focus on what's important - while you keep the office running in the background.

Tasks

This is how your day looks like:

• Preparation and management of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preliminary preparation of accounting for our tax consultant
• Monitoring of payment receipts and debt collection
• Coordination of accounts and clarification of open items
• Support in preparing reports and evaluations
• Management of contracts, subscriptions, and recurring payments

Qualification

You bring:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or backoffice
• Familiarity with DATEV, SevDesk, or similar accounting systems
• Very good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Basic knowledge of tax and commercial law (HGB, UStG)
• Structured, conscientious, and detail-oriented working style
• High numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data
• German on a native level, good English is an asset
