Job description
Location: Hebbal, Tata Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Job Type: Internship / Trainee (3 months, with path to full-time)
Employment Type: Full-time after probation
Experience Level: 0–2 years
Monthly Compensation: Unpaid for 3 months; post-probation, open to your expectations
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain financial records (income, expenses, invoices).
• Prepare and track P&L statements.
• Support payroll, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Assist in GST filings and grant research (if experienced).
• Learn directly from the founders, who are expert leaders in marketing, sales, and operations.
• This is a golden opportunity that doesn’t exist in the market — for the first 3 months you get paid nothing, but if you prove yourself, you set your own salary. Even if you ask double the market standard, we’ll back you.
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of accounting and company finance.
• Understanding of P&L basics.
• Bonus: GST filing / compliance experience.
• Meticulous and organized with money tracking.
