Financial Assistant and Stock Controller– Kuzuko Lodge We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant and Stock Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial administration, stock control and general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities: • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets. • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. • Conduct regular stock takes and ensure that stock levels are accurately recorded. • Assist with the ordering and receipt of goods and services. • Provide support to the lodge’s management team as required. Requirements: • Matric or equivalent qualification. • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
