Michael Page Il Finance and Tax Manager, reporting to the CFO, will be responsible for coordinating strategic and operational financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting business decisions. In detail, they will be in charge of: - Analysis and management of standalone, consolidated, institutional, and subsidiary company balance sheets. - Supervision of accounting and fiscal processes in collaboration with the team. - Coordination of administrative and fiscal activities, including 4.0, tax credits for development and operations in the energy and gas sector. - Management of financial assistance projects, industry 5.0 transition, and M&A operations. - Constant interface with the Head of Controlling and support for strategic functions. - Supervision of the suppliers and customers office. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Economics - MBA, preferred - 7/8 years of consolidated experience in analogous roles - In-depth knowledge of SAP and/or Tagetik - Administrative, accounting, and fiscal skills (e.g., Tax 4.0, 5.0, tax credits) - Ability to manage teams and coordinate complex processes - Excellent analytical and relational skills The figure will coordinate the accounting team, the fiscal team, and the suppliers and customers office.
