Finance and Accounting Manager

We are pleased to assist Le Relais in its search for a finance and accounting manager. Le Relais is dedicated to the social and professional integration of adults and young adults in difficulty. It addresses various audiences, such as young people without jobs or those facing dependency problems or other challenges, and is present throughout the canton of Vaud with 15 structures, employing around 160 qualified professionals in specialized fields and work. Le Relais has been a player in numerous initiatives aimed at promoting social cohesion and supporting vulnerable populations. The organization's mission is to provide individuals with the tools they need to regain their autonomy and independence. As part of this mission, we are seeking a finance and accounting manager who will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws, and providing support to our teams in their daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He or she should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with the idea of working in a fast-paced environment.
