Finance Analytics & Insights Lead

Position Overview The Finance Analytics & Insights Lead is a key leadership role within our finance department, responsible for building and optimizing financial dashboards, data models, and forecasting tools. This role blends financial planning expertise with data engineering and visualization skills to deliver accurate financial insights to both internal teams and customers. The Finance Analytics & Insights Lead will collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and FP&A leadership to provide timely and actionable financial insights that inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a suite of financial dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data models and forecasting tools that support strategic planning and decision-making. • Providing expert-level analytical support to finance leadership, including data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analytics and insights, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our financial reporting and forecasting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as experience working with financial data and analytics tools. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
