Your Mission

As a Finance Analyst, you will take responsibility for planning, controlling, and analysis for our Agri-PV projects. You will take on central topics in our Finance department and be responsible for strategic development. A hands-on role with direct impact.

Your Tasks

  • As a Finance Analyst, you will create and develop business cases and financial models for our Agri-PV projects and support ongoing corporate planning.
  • As part of economic and profitability analyses, you will evaluate existing and new projects and compare different scenarios.
  • Another focus is on building and further developing our controlling as well as supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • For our Agri-PV projects, you will undertake financial calculations and participate in the creation and evaluation of offers and project calculations.
  • Financing and investment models will be analyzed by you, economically evaluated, and further developed together with the team.
  • Through ad-hoc analyses and the preparation of relevant financial key figures, you will create well-founded decision-making bases for management.
  • Together with various internal stakeholders, you will work on continuously improving and scaling financial processes and data structures.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial relevant practical experience in the finance sector, for example through internships, working student positions, or initial professional experience.
  • Very good numerical understanding and pronounced analytical skills, as well as enjoyment in analyzing complex (energy) economic contexts.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally initial experience in creating or further developing financial models.
  • Initial experience or interest in script creation and working with common AI models for process automation.
  • Basic knowledge of controlling, accounting, and the fundamentals of HGB (German Commercial Code).
  • Initial knowledge in project financing is an advantage.
  • Experience or points of contact with renewable energies, photovoltaics, or project-based business models are a plus.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

An annual salary of €55,000 to €65,000 awaits you, depending on your experience and qualifications, and a hybrid working model with an office in Munich.
