At Grant Thornton New Zealand, we’re looking for a proactive and authentic Finance Analyst to join our collaborative internal Finance team. This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful reporting and process improvements that help shape business decisions across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and management reporting
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboard reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations
  • Review and support the monthly payroll process
  • Collaborate in a high-trust, open environment that values growth and innovation

What you’ll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualified, with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (ideally in professional services)
  • Experience with payroll essential
  • Strong communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and collaborative
  • Intermediate Excel skills and comfortable with financial systems
  • Organised, self-driven, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with Power BI and financial modelling is desirable
  • A sense of humour and a team-first attitude
