Finance Analyst

Our client is an international industrial player active in the high-tech production environment of electric drive systems. The organization is strongly growing and finds itself in full transition towards more digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Within this modern and complex production environment, you will work together with a multidisciplinary finance and operations team that closely collaborates with production, logistics, and procurement. The finance department plays a crucial role in determining the financial performance of the organization and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Financial planning and budgeting; • Financial reporting and analysis; • Cost control and cost reduction initiatives; • Cash flow management and forecasting; • Treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management; • Risk management and mitigation strategies; • Compliance with financial regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within the high-tech industry. You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition to your academic background and professional experience, you will also need to possess the following skills and qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting tools and systems; • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis software; • Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
