Aufgaben

• Responsibility for financial processes: Steering and further development of the areas Finance, Controlling, and Administration in close coordination with the management.
• Financial & Project Management: Creation of evaluations, forecasts, and decision-making bases at the interface between service offerings and pharmacy offerings from hellomed.
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Coordination of external partners like accounting firms, payroll accounting, banks, funding agencies, and funding reimbursement.
• Process & Structural Development: Further development of efficient administrative workflows, including documentation, and coordination between hellomed services and pharmacy partners
• Support for strategic topics: Participation in funding, investor communication, contract law, and company-wide special projects.

Qualifikation

• Hands-on-Workstyle: You work structured, proactive, and implementation-oriented, recognize tasks independently, and bring topics consistently to a close.
• Cashiering Professional Competence: Completed cash register training/pharmaceutical cashier training or study in the field of business administration, finance, controlling
• Experience in Financial & Administrative Environment: Ideally in a growth-oriented company, start-up, or SME. Pharmacy background is advantageous
• Structured and Reliable Workstyle: High accuracy, sense of responsibility, and well-developed understanding of numbers and relationships.
• Communication & Organizational Strength: Clear, professional communication, as well as secure prioritization in daily business.
• Digital Affinity: Safe handling of common financial, accounting, and collaboration tools, as well as openness to process digitalization.
