Job description

Finance Accounting Manager (2-Year Contract) | Singapore We are seeking a capable and proactive Finance Accounting Manager to join our team on a 2-year contract to support our Singapore operations. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing core finance activities, while also contributing to intercompany and transfer pricing processes. As the main finance point of contact locally, you will work closely with regional teams, shared services centers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination. Your key responsibilities will include: • Overseeing financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Ensuring regulatory compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in Singapore. • Managing core finance activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. • Contributing to intercompany and transfer pricing processes, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation and coordination with regional teams. • Collaborating with regional teams, shared services centers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination. • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and activities. • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a similar role. • Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and transfer pricing processes. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
