Manager – Accounting Advisory & Operational Support
CFGI is growing and hiring candidates passionate about operational, accounting, and financial advisory, with experience in a "Big 4" firm, to join its rapidly expanding French team.
CFGI was founded in 2000 by former auditors who wished to dedicate themselves entirely to consulting and operational support activities. The firm has over 1200 employees worldwide.

What you can expect:
CFGI Managers work closely with finance departments in mid-sized companies or large groups, in an international environment.
- Participate in high-value-added operational support missions for finance departments
- Lead diagnostic and financial process improvement missions
- Support project teams involved in the implementation of financial transformation initiatives
- Supervise and develop a team of consultants
- Contribute to the firm's "Go To Market" strategy and ensure excellent client relationships
Profile
You have successful experience of 4 to 6 years or more within a consulting and audit firm (Big 4) with a strong taste for operations. A dual background combining experience in a firm and experience within a finance and accounting department would be ideal.
You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance or accounting. A French accounting qualification (DEC, DSCG) or foreign qualification - Chartered Accountant, US CPA (or equivalent) - is desirable.
You are committed, rigorous, autonomous, and determined.
You have excellent English proficiency and strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Experience with or knowledge of one or more ERP systems would be an asset.
