For the account of one of our clients, a watchmaking Maison, we are looking for a fixed-term position: Termineur (h/f) Mission: Ensure conformity and quality of parts, ensuring respect for the standards defined. Monitor compliance with the needs of the production process, guaranteeing the correct assembly and testing of timepieces. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards. Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures. Identify and report any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality issues. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to product quality or process efficiency. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
