Finacle System Analyst - Loans and CASA

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finacle System Analyst (Loans and CASA Module) with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the Finacle Loans ecosystem. This is a specialized role that bridges the gap between business requirements and the technical implementation of Infosys Finacle, a core banking solution. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Finacle Loans and the entire loan lifecycle, with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and implement solutions that meet business needs. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using Finacle's capabilities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in retail banking, commercial lending, or consumer finance. Experience working with Finacle's Loans module is essential for this role.
