Filling Assistant

The incumbent of this position will have key responsibilities including:

• Offering excellent service and retaining customers;
• Supporting the marketing of products from their department through display, visual presentation, labeling, and displaying merchandise;
• Staying informed about new products and their technical characteristics;
• Keeping up-to-date with promotions and circulars to optimize marketing;
• Developing a basic knowledge of all products in stock;
• Respecting policies and procedures in place regarding health, safety, and loss prevention;
• Completing other tasks requested and defined by their supervisor in line with the nature of the job.

Required skills:

• Being skilled at interpersonal communication and teamwork;
• Being results-oriented and customer-focused;
• Caring about details and precision.

Requirements:

• Diploma of secondary studies;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Availability to work according to a variable schedule (day, evening, and weekend).
