The successful candidate will have key responsibilities including:

• Offering excellent service and retaining clients;
  
• Evaluating client needs and providing enlightened and specialized advice on department products;
  
• Presenting and showcasing merchandise, explaining its characteristics, and suggesting complementary products;
  
• Supporting product marketing by displaying, visually presenting, labeling, and displaying merchandise;
  
• Staying informed about new products and their technical features;
  
• Keeping up with promotions and circulars to optimize marketing;
  
• Maintaining the department assigned to them;
  
• Developing a basic knowledge of all products in stock;
  
• Respecting policies and procedures in place regarding health, safety, and loss prevention;
  
• Completing other tasks as requested and defined by their supervisor in line with the job's nature.
  • Aptitudes required:
  • Being skilled at interpersonal communication and teamwork ;
    
  • Being results-oriented and customer-focused ;
    
  • Caring about details and precision.
    
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma of secondary studies;
    
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail;
    
  • Ability to work under pressure;
    
  • Availability to work according to a variable schedule (day, evening, and weekend).
