• You ensure a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers
• The efficient management of workflows, the availability of goods in your branch, and achieving the best possible sales are in your hands
• You lead and motivate the team and train our junior staff
• Together with your team, you take on all tasks arising in the sales and storage area
• For example, you check incoming goods, set them up on the sales floor, and check their best-before date
• You always keep an eye on the freshness of fruit, vegetables, and baked goods

• Completed vocational training in retail, preferably with professional experience
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Leadership skills and strong communication skills, as well as flexibility and team spirit
• Desire to work diligently and with commitment
• Good German language skills (at least B1 language level) are required for working in sales to ensure smooth communication with customers.
