Tasks

• Leading and motivating the team for an outstanding customer experience
• Ensuring an appealing and sales-promoting product display
• Planning and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue
• Training and developing employees in product knowledge and sales techniques
• Inventory management and conducting stocktakes

• You've completed a degree in business administration or have relevant work experience in retail
