Your Tasks
You make our customers happy and are a warm host for our clientele.
Your team is important to you, which is why you lead the team supportively and competently.
Good scheduling is key to our success – you strive to optimally plan and continuously improve your team's schedules.
We are eager for success and are pleased when we achieve our goals. You help us to adhere to our sales and cost targets.
We sell products that bring joy. You and your team help us to showcase them in the best light through perfect preparation and a clean and attractive product presentation.
Hygiene and quality are our top priorities. You are our on-site quality champion and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Together with regional sales management, you work on the further development of the branch (optimization of employee and customer satisfaction, quality, costs, sales, etc.).
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training in retail/hospitality and several years of management experience.
You have already successfully managed a branch or a gastronomy business.
You enjoy working independently and are accustomed to remaining calm even in hectic times.
You act as an entrepreneur and greatly enjoy helping to make your team happy, further developing the bakery, and contributing to a success story.
