WHAT YOUR NEXT ROLE WILL ENTAIL

• You'll be responsible for a JYSK store together with the store manager
• You ensure that the store team is focused on sales and customers, in line with JYSK values
• You take the initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate the team to achieve great results
• You set up and maintain store concepts and routines
• You enjoy physical activity and are willing to take responsibility for sales and routine tasks in the store

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG

• We value your attitude, everything else can be learned; therefore, lateral entrants are also warmly welcome
• Experience in team leadership and development is nice to have
• You're driven, communicative, and create a positive and appreciative work environment
• You're willing to take responsibility for your future own store and its results

• You're willing to work on Saturdays and have one day off per week
• After successfully completing your trainee program, you'll take over your own store, which we will try to locate as close as possible to your place of residence
