The Parfümerie Pieper, Germany's largest family-owned and operated perfumery, is seeking support! With over 130 locations in NRW, Lower Saxony, Bremen, and Hamburg, as well as a booming online shop, we offer more than 500 international brands and 48,000 products – and every beauty and luxury enthusiast's heart beats higher.

To strengthen our team in Münster, we are looking for an engaged Store Manager (m/w/d) effective immediately.

Tasks

• Leadership of your store in line with our values and the Pieper philosophy
• Motivational leadership of your team to achieve or exceed sales and store targets together
• Organization and continuous optimization of all relevant store processes
• Eigenverantwortliche Personnel planning and support for your employees
• Planning and implementation of events, actions, and sales-promoting measures on site

Qualification

• A completed education as a Retail Saleswoman/Men or Salesperson (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Pasión for the beauty industry and in-depth product knowledge in perfumery, care, and decorative cosmetics
• First leadership experience in retail and an empathetic, motivating demeanor
• Creativity, self-initiative, and the ability to accompany employees through change processes
• Solution-oriented thinking and a high level of sense of responsibility
