WHAT YOUR NEXT ROLE WILL INCLUDE

• As Filialleitung, you are responsible for your JYSK store
• You ensure that your store team is 100% focused on sales and customers, in line with JYSK values
• You take the initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate your team to achieve great results
• You set up and maintain store concepts and routines
• You enjoy physical activity and are willing to take responsibility for tasks such as sales and routine duties in the store

Your induction as Store Manager will take place in our store in XY . After that, you will take over the leadership of one of our stores in the Großraum XY.

• Experience in leadership, motivation, and team development is an advantage
