Tasks Comprehensive onboarding: Personal welcome by your Area Manager, Welcome Call, 'Bonita-Buddy', regular feedback Small team: Shape 'your' store with heart and personal initiative and take responsibility for 'your' team. Creativity: When it comes to visual merchandising, you'll have the freedom to let your creativity shine. You'll be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere that makes customers feel at home. Leadership: As Store Manager, you'll lead a small team of sales staff and be responsible for their development and motivation. Your goal will be to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction. Sales: You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing customer loyalty through excellent customer service. Marketing: You'll have the opportunity to get creative with in-store promotions, events, and social media campaigns. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as Store Manager or similar role; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills; passion for fashion and customer service.
