Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Filiale (Personal, Umsatz, Organisation)
- Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Verkaufsfläche (ca. 80 %)
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Hochwertige Kundenberatung und aktive Kundenansprache
- Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Servicekonzepten
Qualifikation
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Optician Master
oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Store Manager in consulting-intensive retail - Zwingend: letzte Position als Store Manager (keine Stellvertretung)
- Affinität zu Mode, Brillen oder hochwertigen Konsumgütern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit auf der Fläche
