Tasks

• You will take direct responsibility for assigned customers, offer comprehensive consulting and acquire new customers.
• Your tasks include planning and controlling your area of responsibility, including sales control and implementation of sales measures.
• You maintain relationships with all customer groups, lead customers to specialists and represent Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse in your region, while you also build local networks and engage in activities.
• You are responsible for organizing the business operations and ensuring high quality standards as well as maintaining information flow within the team.
• You will take over disciplinary and professional leadership of your employees, promote employee development and steer the sales unit at your location.

Qualification

You are an experienced leader who has already motivated sales teams to top performance.

Your passion for customer consulting is palpable, your heart beats for securities business.

You possess a solid qualification as a bank or savings bank executive (or equivalent training).

Sales orientation is second nature to you. You always keep the set goals in mind.

In dealing with people, you are characterized by empathy and outstanding negotiation skills.
