Tasks

• You will take on direct responsibility for assigned customers, offer comprehensive consulting and acquire new customers.
• Your tasks include planning and controlling your area of responsibility, including sales control and implementation of sales measures.
• You will maintain relationships with all customer groups, lead customers to specialists and represent Nospa in your region, while also building local networks and engagements.
• You are responsible for organizing the business operations and ensuring high quality standards as well as maintaining information flow within the team.
• You will take on disciplinary and professional leadership of your employees, promote personal development and steer the sales unit at your location.

Qualification

You are an experienced leader who has already motivated sales teams to top performance.

Your passion for customer consulting is palpable, your heart beats for securities business.

You possess a solid qualification as a bank or savings bank executive (or equivalent training).

Sales orientation is second nature to you. The set goals are always in sight.

In dealing with people, you stand out through empathy and outstanding negotiation skills.
