We are looking for a store manager / filialleiter (m/w/d) in full-time for our store in Bremen.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for your store and represent the company externally.
• The performance of your store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential.
• You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards.
• You work closely with the regional leader and HR business partner.
• You lead your employees fairly and engagingly with a focus on their further development.
• You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of retail experience on large sales floors.
• Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Fundamental experience in employee leadership and development as well as recruiting.
• Action-oriented, open-minded leadership personality.
• Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation.
• Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems.
