Tasks
- You are responsible for your store and represent the company externally
- The performance of your store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential
- You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
- You work closely with the Regional Manager and HR Business Partner
- You lead your employees fairly and engagingly with a focus on their further development
- You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere
Qualification
- Multiple years of retail experience on large sales floors
- Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks
- Fundamental experience in employee leadership and development as well as recruiting
- Action-oriented, open-minded leadership personality
- Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation
- Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
