• Achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Leadership and motivation of employees
• Active sales and customer consulting
• Daily to-dos such as visual merchandising, execution, and control of cash closing

• You already have experience in a leadership role or bring several years of professional experience in retail or similar industries (e.g., tourism)
• You are a team player and enjoy sales
• You are friendly, motivate colleagues and help them achieve their goals

• Individual training for an optimal start as well as career and development opportunities and ongoing internal training

• Collective agreement base salary: € 2,535 gross/month on a full-time basis, provided the requirements for classification in professional group E/level 1 are met (overpayment possible depending on prior experience and qualifications)
