As Branch Manager, you are the central point of contact in your branch. You lead your team, organize daily operations, and together with your employees, you ensure an appealing counter, competent advice, and satisfied customers.

You take responsibility for staff deployment and product presentation, keep an eye on quality, hygiene, and economic processes, and implement our promotions and sales targets together with your team.

You have experience in selling meat and sausage products – in a butcher shop or in food retail and want to take on responsibility.

Management experience is an advantage. Even more important to us, however, are responsibility, enjoyment of dealing with people, and the ability to engage and motivate a team.

You enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for good product presentation, and know that friendliness and good service make the difference.
