Responsibilities

• You organize the branch and are responsible for ensuring all processes run smoothly
• You delight our customers in selecting the perfect glasses through expertise and empathy as an expert in vision
• You lead a team of employees, inspire and motivate them, and embody our customer-oriented first-class service
• You are responsible for the organizational and business processes in the store

Profile

• You are a Master Optician and have already gained several years of experience in opticianry
• Ideally, you have initial experience as a Branch Manager
• You possess a strong personality and succeed in inspiring and motivating people through your demeanor
• You are characterized by good organizational skills and decisiveness
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and round off your profile with a good understanding of business processes and key figures
• Very good German language skills (C1) in speaking and writing complete your profile
