This is what you will do

As a store manager at Trekpleister, you are the shining face of the drugstore in your neighborhood. Managing a store and achieving 100% satisfied customers, that's what makes you happy! As a store manager, you are at the heart of the community. You know what your customers find important. At Trekpleister, as a store manager, you actively participate on the shop floor. With your personal attention and involvement, you truly make a difference. And you get all the space to come up with new ideas, we even encourage it!

As a true people manager, you lead a small, but close-knit and friendly team. You motivate your team to get the best out of themselves every day. You laugh and have a lot of fun together while ensuring the store is always in tip-top condition. You do everything to make the customer happy with good advice or a surprising tip. And if you don't immediately know the answer to a health or beauty question, you'll find out. With your team and knowledge of health & beauty products, you make your store a success every day.

And just as you give attention to the customer, we give attention to you. Don't worry if you don't know everything right away, we offer the support and guidance you need. For example, you will be trained by an experienced colleague and follow various training courses to learn all the ins and outs of the profession. This way, you are well-prepared to run your store and make it a success.

This is you

• You have at least an MBO level 4 work and thinking level.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager in retail or hospitality, preferably in a busy environment where you are constantly active.
• You are a true entrepreneur who knows what an effective store organization entails.
• You know better than anyone how to motivate and stimulate colleagues.
• You are social and can communicate well, both orally and in writing.
• You want to obtain the recognized Diploma Pharmacist Assistant (we will pay for it!).
