Job Description
As branch manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the showroom, the sales team, and the commercial results. You combine leadership with active selling and ensure that customers are guided professionally and personally through their bathroom project.
The branch was recently opened in March 2026, giving you an important role in its further development and growth.
Your tasks:
• Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team.
• Actively participating on the sales floor and advising customers.
• Following up on and achieving commercial objectives.
• Ensuring an attractive and up-to-date showroom.
• Recognizing and seizing commercial opportunities.
• Taking responsibility for the daily operations of the branch.
Profile• Experience as a retail manager or several years of experience as an assistant manager.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• You are a natural people manager and know how to motivate a team.
• Customer-oriented, presentable, and results-oriented.
• Affinity with interior design and plumbing.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch; French is a plus.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Residing in Mechelen or surrounding area (max. ±30 minutes drive).
