As a branch manager, you and your assistant are responsible for the success of your store. That's hard work, but that's exactly what makes your job so fun!

Together with your team, you aim for the highest daily turnover and for that smile on the face of every customer. You ensure that your team is well-coordinated and that everything on the shop floor and behind the scenes runs smoothly. From ordering new items on time to replenishing and making shelves attractive: you ensure that everything is in perfect order. You have a healthy dose of guts and know better than anyone else how to carry out various tasks as efficiently and successfully as possible.

As a branch manager, you encourage your employees to get the best out of themselves, but you too can always count on support. You will receive excellent guidance from your district manager and colleagues from the office and logistics. And are you ready for a new step? Then there is always room for your ambitions. How about a larger branch or the position of district manager? Plenty of challenges at Kruidvat, so dream big!

This is you

• You have at least an MBO level 4 working and thinking level.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager in retail or hospitality, preferably in a busy environment where you are constantly active.
• You are social and can communicate well and motivate others.
• You can plan and organize well.
• You are a true entrepreneur who always goes for gold.
• You want to obtain the recognized Professional Qualification Pharmacist (we pay!).
