This is what you will do

Do you prefer to start your day with your favorite beauty vlogger or a quick makeup tutorial? And before you know it, you're 25 Advanced Luminizing Secrets further? At ICI PARIS XL, we are looking for a branch manager with a passion for beauty, leadership, and coaching and motivating the team!

Together with your team, you will ensure that your ICI PARIS XL branch runs smoothly. You will discuss new products with your team and together you will extensively test everything. Everyone who walks into your branch will receive appropriate advice and will leave the store radiant. And is there, for example, a new hand cream in stock? Then you will ensure that every customer can try it and immediately receives a free hand massage. As a branch manager, you are active on the sales floor as well as behind the scenes for the figures, planning, and administration. You keep an eye on conversion and, together with your team, aim for a great turnover. Does managing your own beauty branch appeal to you? We look forward to your arrival!

This is you

• You have at least an MBO 4 work and thinking level.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager in a sector where the customer is number one.
• You have the industry diploma Basic Vocational Training Perfumery or the drive to obtain this diploma (at our expense!).
• You enjoy helping others with good makeup, fragrance, or skincare advice.
• You enjoy managing a store and coaching a team.
