We are looking for a figure of turnaround that ensures continuity and efficiency in the production process on all shifts, ensuring safety, quality, respect for plans, and correct management of human and technical resources. Responsibilities - Safety and environment - Production control and management - Management of downtime, faults, and technical support - Documental management and traceability - Operational support to various shifts (the role requires a daily schedule) - Collaboration with the department manager - Inventories and material management Requirements - team spirit and collaboration - strong technical learning attitude - passion for industrial production and industry - dynamism - previous experience in a similar role of at least 4 years.
