Every day, customers walk in with a different goal. One is looking for an electric bike for commuting, another for a sporty bike for new adventures. You help them make the right choice and ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Your Role
As a bicycle salesperson / store manager, you are the point of contact in the store. You combine customer-oriented advice with smooth organization of daily operations.
Your Tasks:
- You guide customers from A to Z in the purchase of bicycles, accessories, and cycling apparel.
- You prepare quotes and meticulously follow up on sales files.
- You manage the assortment and are responsible for orders and inventory of bicycles, parts, and accessories.
- You maintain contact with suppliers and various bicycle brands.
- You ensure a neat, attractive store presentation.
- You contribute ideas for promotions and special offers to support sales.
- You process deliveries, perform stock checks, and keep the administration up-to-date.
- You work closely with the bicycle technicians to ensure every bike is delivered perfectly to the customer.
Profile
- You derive satisfaction from happy customers and enjoy giving advice.
- You have an affinity for bicycles, mobility, or anything related to them.
- You take initiative and responsibility.
- You have a commercial mindset and work in an organized manner.
- You smoothly switch between sales, administration, and store management.
- You think in terms of solutions and maintain an overview, even when it gets busier.
