What will you do?

• Technical Expert: You are the engine of our workshop. With precision and craftsmanship, you repair various sports articles, with the main focus on preparing and maintaining bicycles.

• Sustainability Expert: We believe in repairing instead of replacing. With your circular mindset, you give sports products a second life. You reduce our ecological footprint and make sports more sustainable for everyone.

• Service Expert: You are the technical point of contact for our customers. You proactively advise them on maintenance and share smart tips to extend the lifespan of their sports equipment. Your expertise ensures carefree sports enjoyment.

• Workshop Expert: An organized workshop is the foundation of success. You ensure a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment. You work independently on challenging tasks but are always ready to technically support your teammates.

• Growth Expert: You never stand still. You will have the opportunity to follow specific technical training and elevate your skills to a higher level. Together with your leader, you will map out a personal plan to achieve your ambitions.

• Flexible team player: You are available weekly for closing and one weekend day.

• Technical go-getter: You have (some) experience with technical work and get energy from tinkering. You have a special focus on bicycles and are motivated to continuously improve your technical skills every day.

• Service-oriented craftsman/woman: You enjoy personally advising customers about their equipment. You speak excellent Dutch, and a little English is a nice bonus for our international customers.

• Meticulous go-getter: Your commitment is the most important thing. You work accurately, dare to take initiative, and ensure that every product leaves the workshop safely and in top condition.

• Papers in order: You are in possession of a valid Dutch passport, visa, or work permit.

• Salary: A starting salary of € 2,593, which can increase up to a maximum of € 3,054 gross per month, depending on experience.

The stated salary applies to employees aged 21 and older, varies based on age and experience, and is supplemented by a monthly bonus of up to €96. For employees under 21, youth wages apply in accordance with our CAO Retail Non-Food.
