Bicycle Mechanic

What will you do?
In this role, you will work as a bicycle mechanic in the warehouse, where you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and quality of city bicycles and e-bikes. You will ensure that all bicycles that come in are fully restored and leave the door again. You will do this by performing repairs independently, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring a precise registration of all work activities. You will work in a safe, well-organized environment where teamwork and craftsmanship are central. Besides tinkering with bicycles, you will also think about how processes can be improved or made more efficient. No day is the same, and you will directly contribute to a smooth-running operation and a more sustainable form of mobility.This is what you'll get back!

This is you!
You have a practical approach and work well with your hands. Technology interests you, and you have a preference for some experience with tinkering with bicycles, e-bikes, or similar technology. You work accurately, have an eye for safety, and feel responsible for the quality of your work. Additionally, you can work both independently and in a team setting and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have basic knowledge of bicycles or e-bikes (experience with other technical systems is also welcome);
- You have affinity with sustainability and mobility;
- You speak and understand Dutch and/or English;
- You are available full-time during the week (38 hours);
- You work carefully and find it important to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
