About the Role

For a permanent position, we are looking for a dedicated and commercially oriented personality as a Trainer for North Rhine-Westphalia. Ideally, you live in the Düsseldorf or Cologne region.

In this role, you will be a brand ambassador for Marie Jo, Primadonna, and Sarda, supporting our retail partners in creating exceptional shopping experiences. This is a dynamic field sales position with regular travel within your region. You will visit our partner stores, accompany sales teams in their daily work, conduct training sessions, and provide support for events and sales initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coaching store teams in their daily work and supporting them in the practical application of what they have learned

  • Organizing and conducting training sessions, events, classroom training, and webinars

  • Communicating our brand world, collections, product USPs, and fitting expertise in an inspiring and practical manner

  • Supporting retail teams to continuously improve consultation, customer experience, and sales performance

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with department stores and retail partners through regular on-site visits

  • Close collaboration with the sales team, as well as active exchange of feedback and insights from the stores

  • Collaborating with product development and internal stakeholders to translate product knowledge into effective training

  • Creative development of training modules and materials

  • Rapidly building comprehensive knowledge of our brands, collections, and products

You will be part of a closely connected international training team where collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing are central. Although the team primarily works remotely and travels extensively, there is regular exchange and strong mutual support.

Your Profile

  • Experience in the retail environment, for example, as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Coach, Trainer, or in a comparable position

  • Experience in coaching, employee development, or team leadership is an advantage

  • Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail industry is welcome, but not a prerequisite

  • Strong enthusiasm for our brands and a keen sense for high-quality customer experiences

  • Enjoy inspiring, motivating, and supporting people in their development

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as self-confidence in front of groups

  • Customer orientation combined with a commercial mindset

  • Very good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate travel, planning, and various stakeholders reliably and efficiently

  • Independent, proactive, and eager-to-learn work attitude

  • Constructive approach to feedback and enjoyment in sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Team spirit, authenticity, and a practical, down-to-earth attitude

Language Skills

  • Fluent German and English are required

  • Applications and communication for this position will be in English

  • Ideally residing in the Düsseldorf or Cologne region

  • Regular travel within North Rhine-Westphalia

  • Flexible working hours with high personal responsibility and autonomy

  • Home office-based when not traveling

  • Regular visits to Belgium for training, meetings, and collection launches

What We Offer

  • A permanent contract in a stable, international, and publicly traded fashion company

  • A positive company culture that encourages initiative, collaboration, and new ideas

  • An attractive salary package supplemented by additional benefits

  • A company car for private use, including a fuel card

  • A comprehensive onboarding program as well as continuous opportunities for further training and personal development

  • A versatile, independent role with a lot of contact with people and our brands
