Field Trainer (m/f/d) for Nordex® Wind Turbines

Then you are exactly right with us! Become part of our Field Trainer team and support us as soon as possible in full-time at the Hof location as a Field Trainer (m/f/d) for Nordex® Wind Turbines.

• You will train and support our service technicians (m/f/d) directly on Nordex® wind turbines in the field
• You will impart practical know-how on maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs
• You will conduct on-the-job training and provide support with complex technical challenges
• You will ensure that safety standards and quality guidelines are adhered to
• You will be the point of contact for technical questions and best practices within the team
• You will work closely with the trainers (m/f/d) from the training center in Bissendorf
• If necessary, you will support the training managers in the field training of our mechatronic apprentices

• You have several years of practical experience in the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of Nordex® wind turbines, ideally from Generation Gamma upwards
• You have sound knowledge of the turbine technology and system interrelationships of the Nordex® platforms
• You have the qualification as an electrical specialist or meet the requirements for an electrical specialist (e.g., degree as an electrician/mechatronics technician (m/f/d))
• You are not afraid of heights, are physically fit, and have an independent, reliable way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
• You possess the ability and motivation to impart your knowledge practically, appropriately for the target audience, and understandably at great heights, well in German (at least language level B2)
• You ideally already have experience in imparting technical content to groups or in a training environment
• You have a driver's license for cars and a high willingness to travel; nationwide installation assignments (Monday to Friday) are enjoyable for you
