Field Technician - Mexico

We are seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Cuautitlán, Mexico and Tepotzotlán, Mexico.This role supports the production, deployment, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working with robotics, mechanical systems, and electrical components. Key responsibilities include:• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to robotic system operation, including software and hardware malfunctions.• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new solutions for robotic system deployment and testing.• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and technical issues encountered during field work. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in robotics and automation. • Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of robotic systems into customers’ operations. • Traveling to customer sites as needed to perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, or provide training on robotic system operation. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
