Field Technical Support Engineer
Job description
We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer with the following profile:
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge: Technical support, warranties
- Availability to travel within the state of Coahuila
- To have a personal car (Mandatory)
Functions:
- General equipment formatting.
- Data backup.
- Traveling to various branches to provide technical support
- Migrating and configuring equipment.
- Installing software and hardware.
- Inventory management
- Preventive maintenance of PCs, printers, scanners, multifunctional devices, and screens.
- Knowledge of networks (structured cabling and IP telephony and external plant)
- Taking computer equipment to different offices within Coahuila.
We offer:
- Gross salary: $10,000 plus travel expenses
- Fuel payment
- Labor law payments
- Additive benefits: MINU platform
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
