Field System Engineer Jr

Job Purpose: At TD SYNNEX, we connect manufacturers, partners, and customers through high-impact technological solutions. As a Field Systems Engineer Jr, you will be part of the Professional Services team, actively participating in implementation and technical support projects, focused on infrastructure, networking, and data center, with special emphasis on DNS and load balancing. This role has a strong technical component and interaction with clients and channels, participating directly in project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as providing technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development of new solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and data center technologies, with experience in DNS and load balancing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
