We are a company dedicated to providing technical support services to different companies around the entire Mexican Republic.
We are looking for someone who can attend assigned ticket reports by Central for the attention of incidents assigned at different point of sale locations for one of our clients in the zone.
Work area: Aguascalientes and surrounding municipalities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical careers in systems, computer science or related fields.
- Wide availability of schedule.
- Availability to cover guard duty on weekends.
- Availability to travel to municipalities or nearby places in Aguascalientes
- 1 year of experience in field support for point of sale
- Mandatory: Own vehicle
- Know how to use GPS tools like Google Maps and Waze.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and solution of failures in point of sale (thermal printers, pin pad, wireless scanner and base CPU, UPS, keyboard and monitor).
- Maintenance of computer equipment and printers.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV (Axis and Bosch) cameras.
- Network configuration.
- Cloning devices
- Loading images
- Configuring peripherals.
- Diagnostics of software and hardware failures.
- Support for thermal printers, pin pad, scanner (point of sale equipment)
