Join our team as a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the field and user attention.
Work area: Naucalpan, Atizapán and Tlalnepantla
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tech School, Preparatory
- Excellent user treatment and service attitude
- Experience providing support in the field
- Knowledge of some ticket tool
- AVALABILITY OF SCHEDULE

- Predictive Maintenance
- CCTV Reports
- Travel to different points in Naucalpan
BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
- Predictive Maintenance
- Printer Repair
- CCTV Configuration
- Modem infinitum Configuration
- Sales Point Repair
- BASIC CABLE REPAIRS
