- Knowledge in ITIL, Service Now, Manage Engine, and Excel

Service Supervision:

Role creation

Distribution of loads

Audits of services

Maintaining dress code

Maintaining presentation script in stores

Audit of Assets:

Validation of assigned assets

Realization of vehicle checklist

Review of laptop and cell phone

Review of customer stock

Audit of service formats

Indicators:

Review of indicators

Realization of key KPIs for presentation

Follow-up on Maintenance Plan
