Michael Page - Supervise the assembly and launching of prefabricated elements for bridges, viaducts, and other elevated structures. - Manage and coordinate the use of specialized assembly equipment, such as crawlers, bridge cranes, and other heavy lifting systems. - Collaborate with the Technical Office to review and verify executive designs, construction plans, and construction sequences, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with site conditions. - Plan and monitor all critical phases of the prefabricated element assembly process, including preparation, lifting, alignment, positioning, tensioning, and final inspection. - Apply rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment and respect for operational safety procedures by all personnel involved. - Maintain updated progress reports, recording activities, identifying potential problems, and supporting site management with accurate field data. - Support the training and mentoring of workers on site and team leaders, promoting best practices and continuous improvement of assembly techniques. - Technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience (over 10 years) in large infrastructure projects (e.g., tunnels, bridges, railways, or subways). - In-depth knowledge of assembly and launching techniques for prefabricated elements, including pushing, lifting, and launching using cranes, crawlers, or launching trusses. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. - Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity. - Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. - Experience in managing teams of workers in an industrial or construction setting. - Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
