What will you do?
As Field Services Technician Drives, you'll be our specialist in frequentieregelaars en softstarters (ALTIVAR). These technologies are applied worldwide in factories and infrastructure, contributing to energy savings, higher productivity, and innovation.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and help them with technical questions and challenges. You'll work independently, take initiative, and provide advice when needed. Your tasks:
- Het verzorgen van onderhoud, herstellingen en indienstnames bij onze verscheidene klanten op ons gamma van Frequentieregelaars en Softstarters.
- Uitstekende klantenservice verlenen
- Schneider Electric-klanten informeren over de basiswerking van hun apparatuur. Klanten inlichten over mogelijke problemen met hun apparatuur op een manier die zowel voor hen als voor Schneider Electric voordelig is
- Voldoen aan alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen, -praktijken, -procedures en Cybersecurity-vereisten
- Deelname aan een wachtdienst (24/7) volgens een beurtrol.
- Opstellen van technische rapporten.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisering or equivalent through experience.
- You have basiskennis van elektrische aandrijvingen and are willing to further develop this knowledge.
- You have a good safety mindset
- You are analytical, customer-oriented, and communicatively strong.
- You have a passion for technology and want to develop yourself.
- You are flexible and stress-resistant.
- You speak Nederlands and have a good knowledge of Frans en Engels.
- Rijbewijs B is required.
